Jestin Porter scored 17 points and added four steals. Jared Jones finished 5 of 11 from the floor to finish with 11 points.

Twenty Missouri Western football players received all-MIAA honors Tuesday for their efforts during the 2023 season. Senior defensive end Dakari Streeter was voted the 2023 MIAA Defensive Player of the Year. At 6-2 and 270 pounds, Streeter dominated with a MIAA-leading 12.5 sacks (11 solo, three assisted). He also led the league in tackles for loss (14.0) and yards tackled (91). He's the first MIAA Defensive Player of the Year in Griffon history.
