Rosebud and Santee Sioux Nations receive over $300K in language preservation money
Two Native nations in South Dakota have been selected by the Indian Affairs Office of Indian Economic Development to receive money as part of a $7 million grant awarded to 45 Native organizations for Native language preservation, according to an announcement from the U.S. Department of the Interior Wednesday.
