Floods take devastating toll across state, Southeast Texas
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Texas — People all across Texas are still dealing with the after aftermath of last week's floods. In Hardin County, high waters on roads have trapped some in their homes. Farther north and west, flood waters have already destroyed hundreds of homes and even claimed the lives of three people.
