Perry County’s Ben Fugate keeping an eye on stardom, his heart close to home
The next rising star in country music could very well be one of Perry County's very own. Ben Fugate, a 24-year-old native of Viper and a 2018 graduate of Perry Central High School and the lead for Ben Fugate and the Burning Trash Band, is set to release his next album on April 12.
Memorial Gym recognized as historic landmark

Local Photographers Invited to Participate in 'Vintage Allen' and 'Allen at Night' Exhibitions This Summer
The community is invited to a photography gallery exhibition this summer. The event will host two photo exhibitions, 'Vintage Allen' in June and 'Allen at Night' in July. Everyone is welcome to participate. Participants must submit developed photos, as the library will not print digital photos.
