LITTLE VILLAGE — A Starbucks is coming to Little Village this month, and some neighbors aren’t happy about it. Starbucks is working to open at 3015 W. 26th St. in the shopping plaza that houses the Little Village Discount Mall. The opening is tentatively set for later in September as construction wraps up and the team is assembled, Starbucks officials told neighbors at a Wednesday community meeting.

The CDC is warning the public about eggs linked to a salmonella outbreak that were sold in stores and restaurants in Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin.Milo's Poultry Farms LLC recalled the eggs on Friday, Sept. 6. The recall encompasses all chicken eggs, like cage-free or organic, in all cases and carton sizes labeled with "Milo's Poultry Farm" or "Tony's Fresh Market" of any and all expiration dates.ABC7 Chicago is now streaming 24/7.
