Appleton offers $745,000 to assist with redevelopment of Chase Bank building as market-rate apartments
APPLETON - The city has negotiated an agreement to provide as much as $745,000 to assist with the redevelopment of the Chase Bank building at 200 W. College Ave. Lofgren Properties 6 and Oshkosh Investment purchased the three-story building in October and since have leased a portion of the first floor to Chase Bank. The remainder of the first floor is being marketed as commercial space, and a lower level will house an entertainment venue.
