If you haven't already heard, Wendy's is making headlines this week after announcing the release of their latest obnoxious menu item. The Nuggs Party Pack consists of 50 all-white-meat chicken nuggets in a giant bucket. Those who dare to tackle the party pack can choose between regular or spicy nuggets and a combination of ten different sauces.
David Sanborn, Grammy-winning saxophonist who played on hundreds of albums, dies at 78
David Sanborn, the Grammy-winning saxophonist who played lively solos on such hits as David Bowie’s “Young Americans” and James Taylor’s “How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You)” and enjoyed his own highly successful career, has died at age 78. Equally versatile and prolific, Sanborn enjoyed rare fame and popularity for a saxophone player. He released eight gold albums and one platinum album. He sat in frequently with the “Late Night With David Letterman” band led by Paul Shaffer and even co-hosted a show that included appearances by Miles Davis, Eric Clapton and Lou Reed. A spokesperson says Sanborn died Sunday in Tarrytown, New York.
