Long overdue: Poetry book 93 years overdue returned to Licking County Library
The Licking County Library eliminated late fines for overdue books - and one past patron got quite the value with the new policy. A book 93 years overdue was returned Feb. 9 to the Downtown Newark branch of the county library system. The library shared the book in a Feb. 14 social media post.

HEATH — She’s a baker, and so much more. “I honestly don't remember a ‘dream job’ when I was little,” recalled Jaela Wollenburg. “I think I’ve always had this ‘go with the wind’ mentality and following wherever the Lord might lead me. My little brother Justice has Down syndrome and growing up with him was the best! We spent all our time together, so I think I always dreamed of doing something with him and other people with disabilities. Never in a million years would I have pictured my life the way it is now, but I think there's something beautiful to that.”

The High School Jazz Ensemble recently performed at Granville Elementary and Mary J Tanner schools. The performance was an opportunity for the students to learn about the Jazz Band and their instruments. The songs were lively, keeping the students engaged.
