Pets die in Thanksgiving Day fire at Kansas home
HARVEY COUNTY —Authorities are working to determine the cause of a house fire in Harvey County. Just after 5a.m. Thanksgiving morning, crews responded to the fire at a home in Newton, according to a social media report from Harvey County Fire and Rescue. Crews were able to stop the fire as it was entering the home.
