Neil O’Brien will retire this year. He took on the role of superintendent of schools in the Port Byron Central School District in 2004. In 2021, as the coronavirus pandemic nears an end- he will leave that role. This week he joined Guy Cosentino on the Inside Government program- a public affairs show produced by the students at Cayuga Community College.
