The wave of layoffs sweeping across Florida in August has continued into the fall, with Port St. Lucie-based call center iVox Solutions announcing plans to lay off 109 employees. The job cuts are expected to take effect at the end of October 2024, following the conclusion of a contract with Altice USA, a major broadband communications provider.
