The Dare County Soil & Water Conservation District (DSWCD) in North Carolina is offering a local student a chance to attend the 2024 Resource Conservation Workshop (RCW) at North Carolina State University, free of charge. The workshop, worth $575, will run from June 16-21, 2024. The RCW, established in the 1960s, aims to educate students about natural resource conservation.
