PATERSON, NJ - The Kennedy girls volleyball team emerged victorious against Eastside with a final score of 2-1 on Wednesday. The first set saw the Knights come out strong, demonstrating effective teamwork and communication. They dominated the court, taking an early lead and finishing the set at 25-13. The Ghosts, however, bounced back in the second set, showing resilience and determination. GLEN ROCK, NJ - The junior varsity girls basketball coach who was originally passed over for the varsity head coach position has now been offered the job, according to parents and friends of the coach.On Monday, Sept. 23, district parents and friends of Sara Wolman appeared before the Board of Education to make the case to hire Wolman. The district put Joseph Kirk on the agenda as the hire and the board voted to hire Kirk, 5-2. Elizabeth Carr and Sharon Scarpelli voted against the hire.
