IdeaTek fiber now in Stafford

Stafford & Pawnee counties receive economic grants
Governor Laura Kelly announced the most recent round of award recipients for the Historic Economic Asset Lifeline (HEAL) grant program, which was created to help rural communities revitalize downtown buildings and create safer downtowns with more job opportunities. A total of 21 projects from across the state will receive almost $1.4 million, along with more than $3.4 million in private local matching funds. Included in the grants were the City of Stafford, Stafford County and Pawnee County.
Stafford County Eco Devo using HEAL grant to renovate Gray Studio
Gov. Laura Kelly announced Wednesday that 21 projects across that state will receive nearly $1.4 million in state assistance, along with $3.4 million in private local matching funds, for another round of the Historic Economic Asset Lifeline (HEAL) grant program. The city of Stafford and Pawnee County Economic Development will each receive $100,000. Stafford County Economic Development will receive $50,000, which Director Ryan Russell said will go toward the renovation of Gray Photography Studio in St. John.
