SINTON, Texas — The San Patricio - Aransas County A&H Show is well underway with 'Show Week' kicking off Tuesday morning with homemaking entries!. At the fairgrounds in Sinton around 40 judges—including our own Leslie Adami— put their taste buds to the test for the food division. Just outside the doors more judges from the community were carefully grading other projects such as textiles and apparel, photography, art and much more.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A new state law means pet owners must provide adequate shelter for tethered dogs during extreme weather conditions like those expected Sunday night. The 'Safe Outdoor Dogs Act' allows city animal control services or law enforcement to intervene if they find an animal in inhumane or illegal conditions.

San Patricio adults may enter Foods and Cultural Arts in the San Patricio County Agricultural and Homemakers Show. No limit on the number of entries per exhibitor. Entry fee per item is $3.00. The Adult Division has two divisions, Food & Cultural Arts. Entries must have been made by a San Patricio County resident.
