South Bannock Library District's levy only non-school ballot issue to pass locally on Tuesday
Local voters nixed two of the three non-school ballot issues in Tuesday’s election. The only measure that passed was the South Bannock Library District’s approximately $101,000 annual plant facilities reserve fund levy, which was also the only one of the three ballot issues that did not require a supermajority of voter support.
