Local Talent Shines: Queensbury High Students Excel at The Hyde's 2024 Art Show
Sixteen students from Queensbury High School (QHS) are finalists in the 2024 High School Juried Show at The Hyde Collection in downtown Glens Falls. These students have contributed 22 artworks, which will be displayed until June 2, 2024. The exhibition showcases the creativity and skill of these emerging artists and provides them a platform for recognition.
Boost Your Business Skills: SUNY Adirondack Offers Free Courses for Local Residents
SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury, New York, will offer free online business courses from May 20 to June 28, 2024. The college is providing two courses, QuickBooks Microcomputer Applications and Advanced Bookkeeping Applications, each worth three college credits. These courses are free due to funding from the WRAP Reimagine grant, a part of a major U.S. Department of Education initiative aimed at workforce training.
