MEDFORD, Ore. – Britt Festival and Somar Family Vineyards have until 5 p.m. Friday to submit final offers on the United States Hotel building in Jacksonville. Last week NBC5 News reported on Britt Music and Arts Festival’s potential plans to trade Jackson County their current downtown Medford office building for the U.S. Hotel building in Jacksonville.

Edenvale Winery starts brunch series with Music & Mimosas on Mother’s Day
MEDFORD, Ore.- Edenvale Winery held a Music & Mimosas brunch on Mother’s Day. The brunch was hosted in Edenvale’s Outdoor Tasting Room from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Folks got to enjoy their meal accompanied by live music from Sarah Dion Brooks. The winery says this event kicks off its summer series with live music every Sunday through August.
Compass by Margaritaville Hotel hosts 2nd annual Mother’s Day Paint & Sip
MEDFORD, Ore.- The Compass by Margaritaville Hotel held its second annual Paint and Sip event on Mother’s Day afternoon. According to Maclayne Demello, Events and Sales Coordinator for the hotel, folks got to sip on wines from Del Rio and Patagonia from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., while also being guided through a painting class by Art Van Kraft.
