Rockingham Middle set to host conference championships
Spring of 2024 has been the season of the Rockets. The baseball, softball, girls soccer and boys soccer teams from Rockingham Middle School have all advanced to their respective Southeastern Middle School Athletic Conference tournament title bouts. The girls programs will get things started on Monday. Rockingham will host the softball and girls soccer championships at 4 p.m. at Rockingham Middle. The No. 1 Lady Rockets soccer team will host No. 2 Sandy Grove Middle while the No. 1 Rockingham softball team will play host to in-county rival No. 2 Hamlet Middle.
