Child Airlifted After Fall On Field Trip In Beacon
The incident happened at about 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3 in Dutchess County at the Mount Beacon Trail head. Initial updates from the Dutchess County Department of Emergency Response 911 Center (DCDER) indicated that the school personnel had administered first aid and were attempting to assist the patient down the mountain, according to information provided by the Beacon Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
