Riverhead Rotary’s giant benefit garden sale is now underway at Tanger Outlets
Riverhead Rotary’s 28th Annual Gardenfest got underway today at Tanger Outlets. The garden festival this year continues for the full week leading up to Mother’s Day, allowing even more opportunity for local residents and visitors to buy flowers, shrubs and ornamentals, trees and more at discounted prices. The Rotary Club receives donations and steep discounts from growers around the region, which allows the club to pass on savings to the local community. That, in turn, produces funding for Riverhead Rotary Charities, Operation International, and Peconic Bay Medical Center. It’s an important fundraiser for all of the event’s beneficiaries.
