Learn how music can improve sleep at Marvin Memorial Library
Marvin Memorial Library will host Lunch & Learn with Lisa, a registered nurse from the Shelby City Health Department, at 11 a.m. April 4. She will talk about how music can lead to better sleep. Those attending will learn why our brains won't shut down when it's bedtime, what happens to our bodies when we don't sleep well, how music can help us get a better night's sleep and what type of music we should listen to.
