Neenah school board rejects new offer on Shattuck, even though it was higher than Northpointe's
NEENAH - The Neenah Joint School District board of education rejected the recent offer from a Mequon-based developer to purchase the Shattuck Middle School Property. According to a news release from the district Thursday afternoon, the offer from JG Special Projects, LLC and Lakeside Development Company was $30,000 higher than the original offer from Northpointe Development, but included portion of property that aren't for sale.
