Community Bank N.A. paid $1.5 million for a vacant 2,722-square-foot building at 325 Orchard Park Road, West Seneca. The deed was recorded Sept. 5 in the Erie County Clerk's office, although the deal closed in August.

Coudersport, Pa. — A Ulysses man is charged with attempted murder after police were called to a home in Potter County at 5 a.m. Saturday morning. Stephen William Connolly, 39, was arrested and taken to jail following an incident at a home in the 400 block of Cherry Springs Road, according to Trooper Joel Miles of state police at Coudersport.
