Original Woodstock ’69 Grounds Adding Upscale New York Campsite
The scene of the most famous music event in history is creating a new, massive attraction that will soon be a state-of-the-art camping experience. In a major announcement late Tuesday, the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts revealed the original site of the 1969 Woodstock festival is creating a first-of-its-kind campground.

Popular festival set to return this summer to the bagel capital of Monticello, NY. Who doesn't the bagel? The bread roll originating in the Jewish communities of Poland, bagels are traditionally made from yeasted wheat dough that is shaped by hand into a ring, briefly boiled in water, and then baked. The result is a dense, chewy, doughy interior with a browned and sometimes crisp exterior, often topped with poppy or sesame seeds.

One of the greatest outdoor music venues in the country is in our own backyard here in the Hudson Valley. Gotta love the beauty of Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Sullivan County. Every summer, its always a highlight for me to venture out on the road to Bethel Woods to take in a full summer of some of the best concerts. Working for WPDH has also afforded me many cool opportunities, like introducing WPDH Summer Concerts for many years up on the stage at Bethel, including back in 2013 bringing on Lynyrd Skynyrd and Bad Company in front of 15,000 plus WPDH listeners.
