    For the Crust:

    • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
    • 1/4 cup white sugar
    • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
      OR
    • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

    For the Filling:

    • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
    • 3/4 cup heavy cream
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Pinch of salt

    For the Topping:

    • 2 cups mini marshmallows
    • Mini chocolate bars (Hershey’s or any favorite brand)
    • Broken graham cracker pieces

    Instructions

    1. If using a store-bought crust, skip to step 6.
    2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    3. In a medium bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and sugar. Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture feels like damp sand.
    4. Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into a greased 9-inch pie dish, making sure to cover the bottom and sides evenly.
    5. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
    6. To prepare the filling, place chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl. Warm the heavy cream in the microwave for about 1 minute, then pour it over the chocolate. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
    7. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled pie crust, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate sets.
    8. When the pie has chilled, preheat the oven to 350°F again. Top the pie with mini marshmallows, chocolate pieces, and graham cracker chunks.
    9. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and bubbly. Serve immediately for that perfect gooey texture!

    Substitutions

    • Dairy-free: Use coconut cream instead of heavy cream, and dairy-free chocolate chips.
    • Gluten-free: Opt for gluten-free graham crackers for the crust.
