    Ingredients:

    • 1 (20 oz) package of ready-made pizza dough
    • 8 oz ground beef
    • 1/2 red onion, diced
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1 teaspoon ketchup, plus more for drizzling
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 3 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
    • Yellow mustard for drizzling

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). While it's heating up, take the pizza dough and knead it for a couple of minutes to get it nice and stretchy. Place it on a lightly floured surface and roll it out to your desired thickness.
    2. In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the diced red onion until the beef is browned and fully cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
    3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, then stir in the ketchup and a bit more garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the pizza dough to create a flavorful base.
    4. Evenly sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on the dough. Top with the cooked beef and onion mixture, then scatter the crumbled bacon across the pizza. Add the remaining cheese on top.
    5. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
    6. Once out of the oven, garnish with pickle slices, a drizzle of yellow mustard, and a bit of extra ketchup if you like.

    Substitutions:

    • Use turkey bacon or vegetarian bacon for a lighter option.
    • Swap out cheddar for mozzarella or gouda for a different cheesy twist.
    • Try ground turkey or plant-based beef instead of regular beef for a healthier or vegetarian version.

    Storage:

If you have leftovers (which is rare with this pizza!), store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat slices in the oven or air fryer to restore the crispness of the crust and melt the cheese.

This Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza is a crowd-pleaser that combines the best of both worlds: pizza and cheeseburgers. Give it a try for a fun, flavorful twist on pizza night!
