    Ingredients:

    • 1 (5.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding
    • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
    • 2 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
    • 12 graham crackers
    • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 7 oz marshmallow creme
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Instructions:

    1. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang on the sides to easily lift out the bars when they’re ready.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix, milk, and half of the whipped topping. Stir together until smooth.
    3. Break the graham crackers in half and lay an even layer of crackers across the bottom of the prepared dish. Pour the pudding mixture over the crackers, spreading it out evenly. Place the dish in the fridge to chill.
    4. While the pudding layer sets, beat together the cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Gently fold in the remaining whipped topping and the salt.
    5. Spread the marshmallow mixture over the chocolate layer in the dish. Top with the remaining graham cracker halves, pressing them gently into place.
    6. Cover the dish tightly with foil and freeze for about 6 hours, until firm.
    7. To serve, lift the bars out of the dish using the parchment paper, and slice into 12 squares along the graham cracker lines. Let the bars sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before enjoying.

    Substitutions:

    • Milk: Swap whole milk for almond or oat milk for a dairy-free option.
    • Cream Cheese: Use Neufchâtel cheese for a lower-fat alternative without sacrificing flavor.
    • Graham Crackers: If you want a different twist, try using chocolate or cinnamon graham crackers.

    Storage:

Store any leftovers in a resealable freezer bag. These bars keep well in the freezer for up to two weeks. Just let them sit for a few minutes at room temperature before serving again!
