    Ingredients:

    • 3 cups half-and-half
    • 2 (3.5 oz) packages French vanilla instant pudding mix
    • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 8 oz whipped topping (thawed)
    • 2 sleeves (10 oz) graham crackers
    • 1 (16 oz) tub chocolate frosting
    • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

    Directions:

    1. In a large bowl, blend the half-and-half, pudding mix, softened cream cheese, and peanut butter with an electric mixer until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
    2. Arrange a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham crackers. Continue layering with graham crackers and the peanut butter mixture until all ingredients are used.
    3. Warm the chocolate frosting in the microwave for 15-30 seconds, just until it starts to soften. Spread the frosting over the final graham cracker layer. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.
    4. Just before serving, sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top. Slice into squares and enjoy!

    Substitutions:

    • Dairy-Free: Use coconut milk or almond milk instead of half-and-half. Substitute dairy-free whipped topping and frosting.
    • Nut-Free: Swap peanut butter with sunflower seed butter and omit the chopped peanuts.
    • Gluten-Free: Use gluten-free graham crackers.

    Storage Tips:

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to a month. Let it thaw in the fridge before serving.
