Position Description: We are a multi-state, family-owned ranching operation in search of an experienced cattle manager at our NE Texas location. This position requires on-site management of the day-to-day operations of a 20,000-acre, 800+ head commercial cow-calf and stocker operation with land resources comprising of native range, improved grasses, cropland and timbered pastures. The manager will work closely with owner to develop and implement annual budgets and management plans. Responsible for the cattle, pasture, ranch husbandry, employee oversight and day-to-day ranch operations. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and assistance.
