MCINTOSH NAMED WINSTON INTERIM CITY MANAGER
The Winston City Council recently named Thomas McIntosh as interim city manager. City Recorder Cindy Sarti said McIntosh has been working as the city’s community development director for the past two years. Sarti said he was also working closely with City Manager Mark Bower during that time. His new agreement with the city states that the term of the interim role can be terminated by either party, or until the council deems that McIntosh become the permanent manager.
