Well, I was actually craving chicken tenders at lunch last Friday, so I went to United at 98th &amp; Quaker by the radio station to get the tender lunch plate. It's what I do for lunch a couple times a week. I always get the same thing: tender plate with mac &amp; cheese and mashed potatoes. White gravy, of course. They have them hot and ready to go right by the dining area checkout counters.</p><p>I took them home that night an had 'em again for dinner! I only ate one, so I had a bunch leftover for my lunch the next day. I popped them into my air fryer to get them hot and crispy again.
