    to fix the current sewer issue, each resident currently on the water works bill ,will be eligible for a one time 20-year added to your mortgage ,to pay,fix,run, and maintain, courtesy of fort smith failure as a city to comply with the EPA, and the clean water act . which isn't no one's fault, except for the city to fund ,but instead of fund ,their was a misprint, and it read fun so the BOD ,played with your money. how many failures must the citizens swallow, before it is too little to late
