$11.6 million Tampa condo sale at the Ritz-Carlton sets new record

A condominum at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Tampa sold for $11.6 million on Monday, according to a deed filed with the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court.

It is the highest grossing condo sale ever recorded in the Tampa Bay area, beating the record set by Tampa Bay Lightning owner Jeff Vinik.
