Rays’ Taj Bradley confident small changes will yield a big improvement

ST. PETERSBURG — Taj Bradley’s stats took a big dropoff from a dazzling nine-start June-July run, when he went 5-1, 0.82, to a six-start sputter through the end of August, in which he was 0-5, 9.85.

As he takes the mound for the first time in September, Bradley said after consultation with pitching coach Kyle Snyder that only small adjustments are needed.

“Nothing too in-depth, just (him) saying pitch the same game, but just a few little tweaks, maybe like sequence and stuff like that, so just working on little things like that,” Bradley said.
