Why doesn’t Universal include Harry Potter in its Halloween events?

Just this week, Universal Orlando brought back its hugely popular Halloween Horror Nights, a separate-ticket event filled with classic monsters and movie-themed haunted houses that has become one of the park’s biggest money makers.

The park already owns two of the most high-profile properties that have Halloween themes — Harry Potter and the Simpsons — yet it has never included them in their Halloween promotions.
