Coast Guard searching for missing boater headed to Indian Rocks Beach

U.S. Coast Guard crews were searching for a 70-year-old-man who was last seen departing a Marco Island marina and headed to Indian Rocks Beach.

Bert Erwin was last seen Wednesday at Rose Marina in Marco Island, according to a news release from the U.S. Coast Guard. Air and surface crews were searching for him late Wednesday.
