A new restaurant is coming to St. Pete’s Vinoy hotel, from a Michelin-starred chef

ST. PETERSBURG — The historic Vinoy Resort and Golf Club has announced a partnership with acclaimed Michelin-starred chef Lee Wolen and Boka Restaurant Group for a forthcoming restaurant: Elliott Aster. It is a pairing with a top-tier restaurant group, called “America’s most successful restauranteurs” by Esquire magazine.

Wolen is the chef partner of Michelin-starred Boka, praised for two decades as a destination that lands on top-restaurant lists, as well as the popular Italian eatery Alla Vita and neighborhood gem GG’s Chicken Shop, all based in Chicago.
