Lightning to bring fans onto the ice with custom center-ice logo

TAMPA — The Lightning literally will take their fans onto the ice with them this season.

The team revealed Tuesday that the names of its more than 6,000 season ticket holders, partners and suite holders will be within the center-ice lightning bolt logo at Amalie Arena.

As part of the club’s Lightning Launch season ticket holder event on Friday, fans will have the opportunity to step onto the ice and see their names frozen into the logo.
