Driver crashes into home after being shot in East Tampa, police say

Police are investigating after a man was shot before he crashed his car into a home in East Tampa early Monday morning.

The shooting was reported just after 8 a.m. on the 3600 block of East Osborne Avenue, the Tampa Police Department said in a news release. When officers arrived, they found a vehicle that had collided with an occupied home.
