The case was decided on Jan. 24, with the judge ruling in favor of SNH.The gym’s management company, Wellbridge Club Management, said COVID-19 had created financial challenges for the Harbour Island Athletic Club.“Wellbridge ownership has worked diligently with the landlord to negotiate rent that leads to a sustainable and healthy business,” the company wrote in a January message posted to the club’s website. “Unfortunately, the Landlord has now decided to take the property back.”<nbtemplate data-id="AdPlaceholder" data-content="JTdCJTdE"></nbtemplate></div></body>
