The Dan in Downtown Tampa Launches a Jazzy New Brunch Menu

Starting Sunday, April 28th, you can experience brunch reimagined with a new menu from The Dan’s Executive Chef, Dernier Buleje. Inspired by the Gulf Coast, the new brunch menu pays homage to local culture with its vibrant flavors and soulful hearty dishes.

What’s on the menu:

The new menu features an array of flavors from sweet to savory made with fresh ingredients.

• Avocado Toast – Avocado Spread, Tomato, Feta, Pickled Onion, Arugula, Over Easy Egg, and Ciabatta
• F.G.T. Bennie – Corn Flour Fried Green Tomato, Jalapeno Pimento Cheese, Poached Egg, and Creole Hollandaise

• Wakey Wakey Hummus – Crisp Chickpeas, Fire Roasted Mushrooms, Spinach, Broccolini, Chimi, Feta, Poached Egg, and Nann
• Chicken and Waffles – Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Thyme-Cornbread Waffle, Tapatio, Hollandaise, and Honey Butter
• Dulce De Leche Cakes – Buttermilk Pancakes, Plantains, Dulce De Leche, Cinnamon-Pop Rice, and Crème Chantilly

• Sooey Grits – Crisp Pork Belly, Five Spice Jam, Poached Egg, and Gouda Yellow Corn Grits
• Greek Yogurt Bowl – Fresh Berries, Sun Kissed Fruit, Banana, Almonds, Coconut, and Granola
• Clucking Madame – Mornay Sauce, Honey Smoked Ham, Gruyere, Over Easy Egg, and Sourdough
• Not Your Mama’s Gravy – Spanish Chorizo Gravy, Buttermilk Biscuits, Poached Eggs, and Herbs
• Colada French Toast – Charred Pineapple, Toasted Coconut, Meringue, and Brioche
• The Cure – The Dan Burger With Fried Egg and Cajun Fries

In addition to the new food menu, you can also enjoy Mimosa Boards and Mojito Pitchers. There will also be live entertainment with various DJs, live performances, and special theme brunches in the coming months.

Brunch will be served on weekends from 11 am-2 pm.

You can also visit The Dan for lunch from Monday-Friday from 11 am-2 pm; dinner on Monday-Thursday from 2 pm-9 pm, and Friday-Saturday from 2 pm- 10 pm.
