    One of our favorite ways to celebrate July 4th is snuggled up on a blanket with the kids and watching a spectacular fireworks show! And YAY for all of us because there are several July 4th fireworks displays on schedule this year throughout the Tampa Bay area, so you probably don’t have to drive too far to find one.Our list of favorite July 4th fireworks shows in the Tampa Bay area includes epic waterfront displays, family-friendly festivities, and more!We’re sharing even more July 4th events in Tampa Bay in case you want to map out an entire day of celebrating with the family.

    Busch Gardens’ biggest and brightest fireworks show is getting even bigger for July 4! Be sure to look to the sky for their Summer Celebration Firework Spectacular followed by an extended patriotic encore on July 4th.Before the fireworks go off, be sure to explore the best of Summer Nights, including exciting shows, entertainment, and more throughout the park. Dance to the beat in their DJ Party Zones.For a limited time, guests 21+ can say “cheers” to summer. Naturally, you must be over the age of 21 to enjoy one complimentary 7 oz. beer per day. Busch Gardens Pass Members over the age of 21 can enjoy two complimentary 7 oz beers per day at Orang Café in Jungala.The exact time for Busch Gardens’ 4th of July fireworks is not yet on the schedule, but around 9:00 p.m. is a good assumption.

Celebrate Independence Day at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds at its first annual Catch the Spirit & Celebrate America July 4th festival, proudly presented by Odiorne Insurance! Get ready for an unforgettable day filled with fantastic food, exciting activities, engaging contests and live entertainment, culminating in a breathtaking patriotic drone show after sunset. Fun events include kids’ zone, pet parade, beer tents, food & craft vendors, antique car show & more. Gates open at 1pm; drone show at 9 pm.

    Celebrate the stars and stripes on the water with a spectacular Fourth of July Fireworks Cruise! They have several different cruise options that allow you to enjoy a delicious meal, drink from an open bar that’s free at sea, and dance on the top deck with a spectacular fireworks finale. All ages are welcome.

    • Tampa Riverwalk

    Celebrate our nation’s independence with a bang! Hop on the Pirate Water Taxi for an hour-long cruise where you’ll view Tampa’s city fireworks right above your head. Fireworks start at approximately 9pm. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Water taxi rides are $59.95 per adult and $49.95 per child.

    • St. Pete Pier

    The outdoor, family-friendly festivities at the Pier will include fun activities such as the annual St. Pete Pier run, a craft beer garden, food trucks, and local vendors. There will be live music roaming entertainers, and more! The traditional Fourth of July fireworks show, sponsored by the City of St. Pete, will be visible from the downtown waterfront, including Bayshore Dr, Straub Park, and Vinoy Park.

    Summerfest is back strong with a day filled with FREE entertainment at Zephyr Lake Park! There will be live music, food-eating contests, kids’ dance off, live music, a market, a bounce house and water slides, food trucks, and so much more. The night will wrap with Pasco County’s largest fireworks display at nightfall.

    • Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park

    The annual Boom by the Bay Hard Rock Takeover of Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park returns! This year’s event will feature activities for the whole family to enjoy such as a pickleball tournament, apple pie bake-off, free concert, family zone activities, food trucks, and fireworks. The festivities will kick off at 4:00pm as fireworks light up the sky at dusk.

    • Main Street, Safety Harbor

    Head over to the Safety Harbor marina for live entertainment, children’s activities, food vendors and more. And of course, you don’t want to miss the fireworks show at 9pm.

    Celebrate America’s Independence Day as the skies above Lake Eloise fill with colorful fireworks. Watch as the skies fill with the biggest fireworks show of the year in the only place that transforms fireworks into LEGO bricks before your eyes.​ The Fireworks Kick-Off Party will take place at 8pm at Pirates Cove followed by fireworks at 9pm.

    • Francis Langford Promenade at Lake Mirror

    Celebrate July 4th early with live music, food, and a spectacular fireworks display over Lake Mirror. If you plan to attend, try to bring a few non-perishable food items which will be collected at the event to help support VISTE, an organization that helps elderly people continue to live independently in their homes. FIREWORKS DISPLAY TIME: 9:00 pm

    • Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 5:30 pm- 9:15 pm
    • Inverness – multiple locations

    This community celebration features live music, food, and drink vendors, and more to entertain you before the fireworks display! There are three viewing spots: Liberty Park at 286 N. Apopka Avenue, Depot District at 300 N. Apopka Avenue, and Wallace Brooks Park at 328 E. Dampier Street. Fireworks will begin at 9:15pm.

    • July 4, 2024 from 6 pm-9 pm
    • 101 Central Park Dr., Largo

    Gather up the family, grab your blankets or chairs and head to Largo Central Park for music and an amazing fireworks display. There will be limited on-site parking for $10. Food and beverage vendors will be on-site. Fireworks will begin shortly after 9 pm.

    • Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 6 pm – 9:30 pm
    • Francis Langford Promenade at Lake Mirror

    This event kicks off with the Dunedin Goes Carting patriotic golf cart parade through downtown Dunedin to TD Ballpark. The celebration continues at the ballpark with a live band, outdoor movie, games, face painting, and ending the night with a grand firework show. The band will play in the 3rd base concourse area; seating is limited. Grandstand seating will be open to watch the movie and fireworks; no field access.

    • July 4, 2024 from 5-11 pm
    • 300 Cleveland Street, Clearwater

    Starting at 5 pm, enjoy local vendors and food trucks, family-friendly activities, live music, and buskers throughout the park. As the day comes to a close, witness the grand finale – the largest fireworks display in Clearwater’s history accompanied by The Florida Orchestra at 9:30 pm. Following the fireworks, stick around for an immersive silent disco party to keep the celebration going!

    • Armature Works, Tampa

    Festivities include a large-scale riverfront concert, riverfront fireworks display overlooking downtown Tampa, Friends of the Riverwalk Boat Parade, Hot Dog Eating competition, and American-inspired art that will be auctioned off during the event. They will also have a Kids Zone complete with bounce houses, slides, an obstacle course, and free crafts. Face painting and glitter tattoos will be available for purchase. Free public access, general admission, and VIP access are all available. Stick around for fireworks starting at 9:15pm. This event will benefit K9s for Warriors.

    Celebrate July 4th during Polk County’s largest fireworks display which has been a part of the community since 1998. There will be live music, food and drinks, children’s activities, and more followed by a fireworks display at nightfall.

    • Sparkman Wharf Tampa

    Sparkman Wharf is celebrating Independence Day with its 6th annual Star Spangled Sparkman— a staple community event with entertainment for all ages. Guests will have a spectacular waterfront view of the riverfront fireworks show as one of Tampa Bay’s prime viewing locations. Guests will also have front-row viewing of the annual Blessing of the Fleet, followed by the Boat Parade and Water Ski Show presented by Friends of the Tampa Riverwalk. At nightfall, a display of fireworks will light up the sky.This year, guests will have the ability to reserve a premier viewing area located on the Wharf and beat the summer heat with a covered air-conditioned hydration station, cushioned bleacher seating, exclusive bar, two drink tickets and two food tickets and private restrooms. Advanced ticket purchases will be available soon starting at $100 per ticket for adults 21+ and $80 per ticket for guests under 21.

    • Downtown Waterfront, Gulfport

    The day kicks off early with a fishing tournament followed by family-friendly sand sculpting contests, a parade at 6 pm, and then fireworks at 9 pm. The best place to view the waterfront fireworks is from Gulfport Beach.

    • July 4, 2024 from 6 pm – 9:30pm
    • Plant City Stadium, 1810 East Park Road

    Join your neighbors for the annual July 4th celebration featuring live music, a 50/50 raffle, family-friendly activities, and more. Parking is $5 at the stadium-parking gates open at 5:30 pm and fireworks will begin at 9:15pm.

    • 4424 Friendly Way, Wesley Chapel

    For a celebration including food trucks, a patriotic bakeoff, community performances, bike parades, contests, bounce park and much more, head to Avalon Park West! This event is free to the public. There will also be a fireworks show at 9pm for you to enjoy!

    • Treasure Island Beach

    Bring your chairs and blankets for a gorgeous view of waterfront fireworks on Treasure Island Beach. Off site parking will be available for $20 at Treasure Island Park.
