Citrus Park Cafe to Open Later This Summer

A new cafe/restaurant is opening in Tampa ’s Citrus Park Community area. Paperwork submitted by CP Cafe Tampa LLC shows Citrus Park Cafe opening at 7512 Ehrlich Road , between Walsh Lane and Basswood Avenue .

What Now confirmed news of the opening with owner Joe Mattiacci on Monday. Mattiacci said Citrus Park Cafe is working toward an opening at the start of August.

Mattiacci declined to share any more details about the restaurant at this time. This leaves us wondering, for the moment, about Citrus Park Cafe’s menu offerings.

The building at 7512 Ehrlich Road is also occupied by Yane’s Latin Kitchen , marked “Temporarily closed” on Google Maps. The nearby Florida Cracker Fish Company is also part of the neighborhood’s restaurant community.
