Bucs named NFL's 'best team nobody talks about'

Last year, most national outlets picked the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to be one of the worst teams in the NFL following Tom Brady’s retirement, projecting a fire sale that would see all of their big-name veterans sent elsewhere as they plunged into a rebuild.

Instead, they kept all of their key players, and won the NFC South for the third straight year, coming up just eight points shy of a trip to the NFC title game.

This year, the Bucs once again brought back all of their key free agents, but they’re still getting slotted behind the Atlanta Falcons in most preseason predictions.
