    Tampa Bay International Carnival: This celebration of Caribbean culture features two days of food, live music, colorful parades, international vendors and more. A 30-piece steel orchestra band from Trinidad and Tobago performs both days. Saturday’s live music features Latin reggae artists Notch and Don Chezina. Sunday kicks off with a colorful costume parade, followed by live music by Grammy-winning Inner Circle and international soca star Kes the Band. $25, $45 two days, $15 ages 6-12, 5 and younger free. 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday-Sunday (July 13-14).     Science After Dark – Diggin’ Dinos! Jealous of your kids always having fun at camp? Now it’s your turn. MOSI is offering a hands-on experience for guests 18 and older. Enjoy a “sip of science” with included beer and wine selections, appetizers and liquid nitrogen ice cream.     SharkCon: The 10th annual celebration of sharks features shark exhibits, activities, a scuba pool, presentations from the stars of popular shark shows, a giant “Jaws” panel, which includes actor Richard Dreyfuss, and 150 booths of shark- and water-related merchandise. $4.95-$26.95. 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday-Sunday (July 13-14).     Hollywood Hillsborough Film Series: This film series showcases Tampa Bay’s presence in cinema. The 2016 movie “Live by Night” (R) takes place in Prohibition-era Ybor City and follows Joe Coughlin, the son of a Boston police deputy who turns to a life of organized crime. He and his crew show up in Ybor City to stake a claim in the illegal rum-running business. $5. 7:30 p.m. Thursday (July 11).
