10 Tampa restaurants named ‘best overall,’ according to OpenTable

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — If you are looking for a new date night spot or want to take your family out for lunch, you may want to check out one of these restaurants.

OpenTable recently released a list of the best overall restaurants in Tampa. Each month, the online restaurant reservation service company said it analyzes nearly 2 million global diner reviews from the past four months. They sort the results by location and category to help diners discover their new favorite restaurants.

Topping the list was Quality Foods Market. According to OpenTable, the restaurant “offers a unique culinary experience, featuring authentic Italian cuisine, in a relaxed, elevated casual, and intimate atmosphere.”

“Enjoy a seasonally changing, from scratch menu, featuring both classic and modern pastas; hand cut steaks from USDA Certified Premium Hereford Heritage 1881 Beef; New Zealand Lamb Chops; USDA Certified Prime Veal; and the freshest seafood available, flown in from around the world throughout the week.”

The restaurant boasts a five-star review from diners and is considered a neighborhood gem.
