    Hillary Clinton is coming to Tampa in October

    Hillary Rodham Clinton, the former First Lady, U.S. Senator and Secretary of State, is touring the country and making a stop at the David A. Straz Jr. Center for the Performing Arts in Tampa on Oct. 15.

    Secretary Clinton will sit down with a moderator to discuss politics and democracy as well as more personal topics like friendship, aging and marriage.

    The appearance comes on the heels of the Sept. 17 release of Clinton’s new book, “Something Lost, Something Gained: Reflections on Life, Love, and Liberty.”

    “I hope you can join me for wide-ranging conversations that go behind the scenes and include never-before told stories,” Secretary Clinton said in a news release. “We’ll discuss the state of our politics and creating the future we want for our children and grandchildren and, most of all, have some fun while we’re at it!”

    Beginning today, you can register at hillaryclintonlive.com for an invitation to purchase presale tickets, which will be available on July 30. Tickets start at $79.50 go on sale to the public on Friday, Aug. 2, at 10 a.m. at strazcenter.org or by calling the box office at 813-229-7827.
