The Thompson-Mazzarella Park in Rhinebeck is “suffering from a success story,” according to Frank Mazzarella, the local architect, who has designed buildings in the area as well as in Spain and Peru, and has been contracted by the town to design upgrades to the busy park. The park, located behind the Starr Library and co-named for his mother, Sally Mazzarella, founder and former president of the Winnakee Land Trust.

Officials investigate multiple arsons, criminal mischief in Broadalbin
BROADALBIN, NY (WRGB) — Multiple agencies are investigating a series of arsons and acts of criminal mischief that have taken place in Broadalbin over the past 48 hours.
