HACKENSACK, NJ – Another meet, two more school records for the Hasbrouck Heights track team as the Aviators competed at the County Seat Invitational Meet at Del Torre Stadium at Hackensack High School on Saturday. The boys captured first place in the meet, while the girls came in second.
Both 4 x 100 relay teams set new school records. The girls' team, comprised of Morgan Gagliano, Gina Minichiello, Sarah Vinas, and Lexy Samperi ran a 50.37 second race, setting a new record, while finishing second. The boys' team, comprised of Michael Napolitano, Jake Summers, Evan Werner, and Eric Newman, turned in a 44.0 second race, also finishing in second.
Samperi finished first in the girls 200 meters, while Matthew Murillo finished first the boys 110 hurdles, while the boys 4 x 400 relay ream won their race.
